<p>The illness which is named as cardiovascular disease is related to the blood veins, arteries and heart. It was first discovered in the year 1949 and later went through many studies and tests till the year 2000. The illness results negatively on the work procedure of Cardiovascular System. The disease has become a great cause of death in billions of women in the countries like the US. The physicians say it can occur due to some genetic reason, any injury in the vascular classification or a habit of frequent smoking. Studies done by The Pathobiological Determinants of Atherosclerosis in Youth have found that the disease can start in those children who are in the age of six to eight years. Many times an HIV infection or cancerous cell development inside the body or a frequent intake of alcohol can also lead to this heart disease. Some of the Cardiovascular Exercise and a balanced diet can reduce the risk of this heart disease to a certain extend. </p>
<p>These types of exercises have a lot of benefits for health as they are always helpful to enhance the activities of heart. They also improve and manage a balanced circulation of blood in and the sections of a human body. The physical experts suggest that fitness exercises especially for the large muscles like legs and hands are very supportive for a balanced blood circulation. When we talk about Cardiovascular Exercises, the exercises can e divided into two sections indoor and outdoor.</p>
<p>The steps that include as indoor exercises can be rowing machines, stair-climbers, stationary bicycles and ladder climbers. Most patients are advised to use those equipments that are helpful to climb, walk or run. In many cases rope jumping is also very helpful, this helps to have a smooth blood flow. The exercise also includes a proper diet. The diet that is full of fibers and low in cholesterol. The patient is also advised not to smoke or not to have an intake of alcohol. The patient should have an intake of green vegetables. He/she is also advised to manage the stress level. In this way, the steps of Yoga and meditation can be very supportive. Including this, there are many more stress reduction techniques like for example reading books, music and even some of the art work.</p>
<p>The Cardiovascular Exercise is require for Cardiovascular Fitness that are outdoor include walking, bicycling, jogging, rope-jumping and swimming. Swimming has been proved as a very good Cardiovascular Exercise for those patients who have severe difficulties in the muscles. Aerobic steps are also supportive to give a proper fitness. It has become a trend in the young people and women. Music aerobics are good for improving the muscle and blood circulation. In the winters, Skiing is well known as an outdoor activity in the diabetes sufferers. Studies say that jogging and/or simple walking in the early morning helps to breath in fresh air. This improves the heart function. It also helps to circulate the oxygenated blood throughout the body. Cycling is famous as an effective workout for the important muscles like legs, hands and solders. Thus, they can be effective for the patients who are suffering with a heart disease.

<p>Who came up with this brilliant line anyway? &#8216;Growing old gracefully&#8217;&#8230; oh sure! Prunes have wrinkles on their face, we have wrinkles &#8216;every place&#8217;, Hmmm&#8230;. </p>
<p>To make things worse, society still has that ever present &#8216;double standard&#8217; crap to put up with. You see, when a man starts to turn grey or has grey sideburns, he is &#8216;distinquished&#8217;. When a woman shows her grey hair, she&#8217;s an old maid, or an old broad &#8211; no matter what, she&#8217;s just OLD.</p>
<p>When a man gets heavy, and has to wear his pants up around his chin, he&#8217;s healthy and well fed. When a woman puts on weight and her waistline &#8216;moves&#8217; up a wee bit, she&#8217;s just overweight and spends far too much time at the &#8216;trough.&#8217; </p>
<p>And then there is of course, our friend, Mr. &#8216;Gravity&#8217;. Mr. Gravity is not well liked and has a nasty disposition. He pulls all kinds of nasty tricks on us all! </p>
<p>Women notice that &#8216;the girls&#8217; are getting ever closer to their stomachs as years pass, and men notice a tummy and increasing difficulty in locating the most precious aspect of the male form. </p>
<p>Dimples that we were use to seeing on things like lemons and babies are now having a party all over our bodies, and show up in the weirdest places on both men and women. They are brazen little monkeys too, and very difficult to conceal. </p>
<p>As we get older, cameras aren&#8217;t as friendly or kind as they once were, and mirrors are schizophrenic tools that can put us in any number of moods for the day. Some are designed to &#8216;magnify&#8217;, while others are designed to &#8216;lengthen and slim down&#8217;. No matter which, when you&#8217;re over 40, you &#8216;never&#8217; look into a hand mirror &#8216;face down!&#8217; OMG!! Seven years bad luck, and all that&#8230;. </p>
<p>Yes, age puts lines on your face, and marks on your soul. You may &#8216;feel&#8217; like you&#8217;re still in your mid 30&#8242;s, but the eyes of others don&#8217;t lie, sadly, and neither do our mirrored reflections. </p>
<p>It&#8217;s not all bad though. As we age, we do become a little wiser and even smarter. We learn how to budget better, and take care of ourselves with sincere dedication. I think we also take more risks in some ways, and speak our minds a little more openly, which is a good thing. </p>
<p>It&#8217;s too bad we often wait until frown and laugh lines form over our once smooth faces though, and Mr. Gravity has done his job &#8211; yes, the curse is set. </p>
<p>Ah, but then there is the &#8216;middle age&#8217; psycho to go through, where you swear you can indeed pull off a Cher or Tina look, and the hubby colours his hair, and gets that motorcycle or sports car he always wanted. Everyone is at the gym, on a diet, and finally &#8216;getting in shape.&#8217; </p>
<p>Well, I may not be on a diet, or going to the gym, but I am in shape in many other ways, and have a long way to go before I&#8217;ll consider myself &#8216;old.&#8217; </p>
<p>So, as frustrating as the aging process can be, I guess I really am trying to &#8216;grow old gracefully&#8217;, like a fine wine, that just gets better with each passing year. I will admit though, if I could be 25 again, and know what I know now, I&#8217;d go for it. Oh well, there&#8217;s always next life&#8230;&#8230;..</p>

<p>To fulfill the dream of reducing weight and staying healthy you will have to take some very basic steps of knowing what you are eating and increasing physical activity. By doing these you can be sure of losing belly fat within a very short period of time. </p>
<p><b>About Diet To Take</b>: Your diet should be such that there are more lean proteins and vitamins in it and lesser amounts of carbohydrates and fats. Additionally, it will be necessary to monitor the daily food intake and calories taken so that you can bring in proper control into your daily food chart. </p>
<p><b>About Exercises To Do</b>: Exercises are important but you have to become more aware of which exercises are good for you and how much exercise you have to do each day. If you start doing more exercises than required, it could result in loss of vital lean muscle, whichh will not be a very good thing. </p>
<p>In the next few sections we will look at these 2 factors in detail which are primarily responsible for reduction of fat. </p>
<p><b>How your diet should be? </b></p>
<p> A good diet should include: </p>
<p>Proteins, vitamins, minerals and more of fruits &amp; begetables. Whole grains, soluble fibers and fatty acids. Around ten to fifteen glasses of water. Small five to six meals every day instead of regular three meals. Calories taken daily should be 10 times your weight. Proteins should be equal to your targetted weight. Fat consumption should be about 25% &#8211; 45% of calories you take.
<p><b>What should be part of exercise routine? </b></p>
<p>Your exercise routine should have: </p>
<p>Emphasis on cardiovascular as well as strength training.Any of walking, jogging or swimming as part of the routine. Fixed time; preferably in the morning as then exercising easily becomes part of your habit. A good mix of anaerobic, strengthening, aerobic and stretching exercises. Regular practice so that maximum benefits are gained and metabolism increases.
<p><b>Few other tips</b></p>
<p>Apart from exercises &amp; diet some other general but effective things you can do to reduce weight are: </p>
<p>Many of us sometime take very late night snacks which is not good for health and increase weight very rapidly since there is not activity in the night while we sleep and all calories get deposited as fat in the body.After taking a meal try and see whether taking a walk for about 5 to 10 minutes would be possible. This way you will be able to burn calories and increase metabolism right after the food is taken. According to many studies, sleep is essential for you. If you sleep less then it reduces metabilism and you start to store more fat. So if you take proper sleep then you feel healthy and maintain weight also.
<p>To conclude we can say that to get rid of weight problems strong determination is quite essential and when it combines with a well thought out diet control program, results tend to appear within a short period of time. </p>
