Healthy Diet and Male Fertility
A recent study from Spain showed that men who do have a healthier diet a more healthy sperm. A healthy diet is very balanced and not only important to prevent diseases like diabetes, high cholesterol, or hypertension, but also useful for maintaining or improving your reproductive health as well.
Numerous studies have suggested that there are linkages between the consumption of certain nutrients with male infertility, the relationship between the eating of certain foods with semen quality, and found that men who eat more dairy products and more meat and less lettuce, tomato, and fruit, are likely to have poorer semen quality.
After controlling the exploitation of cigarettes, age, body mass index, and exposure to toxic chemicals in the workplace, the researchers found that the diet remains an important factor. Men with normal semen consume more carbohydrates, fiber, folate, vitamin C, and lycopene compared to men with poor semen quality. Men with healthy sperm also consume less fat and less protein.
Levels of antioxidant nutrients in the diet is low “seems to have a negative effect on semen quality”. A healthy diet really seems to be a factor in the quality of sperm, the researchers concluded, but he added that a randomized, controlled trials will be needed to strengthen those relationships.
Body Performance, Not Just Sports
Body Performance (BP) is formation of the body which are cored movement concentrations are in the correct posture, breathing only through the mouth, tightening of muscles around the pelvic floor, buttocks, lower abdomen continues to above. The function of this movement is to improve posture is not correct, so that when standing, sitting and walking will be correct.
In addition, BP is a combination of breath arrangements with contractions in the lower abdomen, buttocks and continues upward as the movement against gravity. Because increasing age, the position of the uterus tends to follow the direction of gravity alias down. BP movements also to streamline the body, get strong muscles and bones are solid and long but not build, that means the muscles do not become enlarged and develop / stocky.
In anatomy, women are very different from men. Women have breasts and uterus that are not owned by men. For example, after childbirth and breastfeeding, breast forms can be returned to normal, the uterus does not go down and come back strong, pelvic floor muscles should be taut so that at the age of 40 years and over is not easy to dispose of water and there is no calcification, which is the process of aging.
To overcome the weaknesses of this woman, BP intentionally designed without jumping up and down movement that causes the body further down. All the movements aimed at helping raise back everything, like the buttocks and breasts. Every movement has been through a long trial over the years, and the result was already proven in many women.
